Coldplay: the group releases their new album and announces a date at the Stade de France

There is an air of Coldplay in the air … To the delight of fans. The cult group indeed signs its comeback with its new album “Music Of The Spheres” this Friday, October 15, and announces a world tour with a visit to the Stade de France.

Stromae and Adele are therefore not the only ones to make their comeback this Friday. The British group, which returns with this new album with the playful pop that suits it so well, meets its fans on Saturday 16 and Sunday 17 July 2022, for two concerts planned at the Stade de France, in Saint-Denis, in the suburbs of Paris.

A return particularly awaited by the French admirers of Coldplay, five years after their last Parisian show.

For these two event concerts, you will nevertheless have to wait until Friday, October 22, at 10 a.m., before you can book your tickets online. Tickets will be on sale on the Stade de France website and at all usual points of sale.

Chris Martin and his gang will begin this series of dates in Costa Rica in March 2022, to end it in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, on September 10, 2022. A total of 30 dates are announced around the world.

Produced by the Swede Max Martin (who is notably at the origin of hits like “Baby One More Time” by Britney Spears, “I Kissed A Girl” by Katy Perry or “Shake It Off” by Taylor Swift), this Coldplay’s highly anticipated new album was announced by a galactic and colorful trailer on YouTube.

Excerpts from several tracks from the album, including the singles Higher Power and My Universe, a duet with South Korean K-pop group BTS, were released.
