Coldplay announces world tour and… Dominican Republic is on the list!

The famous British band Coldplay announced their world tour that includes the Dominican Republic.

The tour is titled "Music of the Spheres"Like the album that will be released on October 15, precisely at the end of September the group released the single “My Universe”, which is taken from the album, which topped the sales charts and charts around the world.

The tour begins in March 2022 and Santo Domingo is the second country that the artists will visit. They will be presented at the Olympic Stadium on March 22 of next year.

The guest artist for the majority of the shows will be HER, along with London Grammar on select dates.

“Playing live and finding a connection with people is finally why we exist as a band,” they began explaining on their Instagram account along with the official image of the show.

Coldplay said that they have been planning this tour for years and they can finally make it happen, which will have something special and that is that they will make the tour sustainable.

“We have spent the last two years consulting with environmental experts to make this tour as sustainable as possible and most importantly harness the potential of the tour to push things forward,” they explained on social media.

The exclusive pre-sale for VISA Banreservas cardholders will begin on Monday, October 18 from 10:00 am and the sale will open for all Banreservas cards on Wednesday, October 20.

With a theme beyond this world, perhaps inspired by the new space race that is currently being experienced, “Music of the Spheres” brings 12 songs with a more epic and even cinematic cut as mentioned by the band’s musicians.
