City will spend 350 million to expand the Etihad

The investment will serve to remodel the north end of the etihad stadium, expanding the capacity of the venue from 53,400 spectators to 60,000. At the top of this new stand will be a bar overlooking the pitch and a covered walkway at the top of the stadium. The Mancunian club will also build a hotel attached to the stadium with up to 400 beds.

It is estimated that the works begin in November, and that they finish at the end of 2026, although the club intends to inaugurate the new stands during the 2025-26 season.
