Getting vehicles for urgent missions can be slow. CIB Carpool with AI changes that. This system manages and assigns cars, cutting approval times from an hour to just ten minutes. The AI uses Google Map data. It analyzes distances, mission needs, and travel dates. Then it picks the best car before sending it for approval. This process is much faster and more effective than human-led approvals.
