The dust has finally settled on Christina Haack’s divorce from Josh Hall. After some back and forth, the ex-couple has ironed out their property split. This means a lot of houses, a fleet of cool cars, and a significant cash payment for Hall. According to reports from a prominent news channel, this information was first broken by Us Weekly.
It seems like everyone got a piece of the pie, but some pieces were definitely bigger. Josh Hall walked away with a house and a condo, both in Tennessee. He also secured some land out in California. For the car enthusiast, Hall kept a 2021 Bentley, a classic 1970 Chevelle, a retro 1982 DeLorean, a 1947 Dodge, and even a Hondo motorcycle. He also gets to keep his company interests and all his bank accounts. Oh, and the $100,000 Christina gave him during the divorce? That’s his to keep, no repayment needed.
Christina, on the other hand, held onto her big mansion in Newport Beach, California. She also kept several other houses in Tennessee, showing she’s still very much a homeowner. Her business remains hers, too. When it came to vehicles, she gave back a 2022 Bentley but kept two 2021 GMC Yukons, a 2021 Polaris Razor, and four quad bikes. Her bank accounts are all safe and sound with her.
It wasn’t just about who got what. The divorce agreement also revealed a hefty sum changed hands. Christina Haack made a one-time payment of $300,000 to Josh Hall. Both sides decided to give up their right to spousal support, even though Hall had originally asked for it in his divorce papers.
The Road to the Final Split
Hall first filed for divorce in July 2024, citing the ever-familiar "irreconcilable differences." He noted their official separation date as July 8, 2024. The couple had actually tied the knot legally in October 2021, but they held a bigger, official ceremony in September 2022. It turns out they didn’t sign a prenup before saying "I do," which often makes divorces a bit more complicated.

Christina wasn’t shy about firing back at Hall’s request for monthly spousal support. She told the court that he had moved money from a rental property she owned, and he managed, into his personal account after they separated. She also pointed out that Hall had his own income and didn’t need her financial help.
In September 2024, they reached a temporary agreement. This gave Christina sole use of her Orange County, California home. She also got an apartment in Tennessee. Josh could use another home they owned in Tennessee. He also agreed to return any money he had moved into his personal account. As part of this deal, Christina paid Josh $100,000 as an advance for legal fees or other bills.
Behind the Scenes Drama
The final agreement was announced in May 2025. Christina’s representative spoke to People magazine, saying, "Christina is happy to confirm a settlement has been reached through mediation." The statement also shared her thanks to her lawyer, Laura Wasser, and her team for their "professional guidance and support."

Back in January, Christina opened up about her split from Josh. She even admitted she had a feeling their marriage was headed south when they started filming their HGTV show, The Flip Off. She shared with People that her previous ex-husband, Tarek El Moussa, and his wife, Heather Rae El Moussa, both noticed something was off. "I’ve been talking to both of them about it," Christina said. "They knew there were issues, and it was something we had to set aside in terms of how we were even going to manage filming with Josh, because there were already some difficulties."
This marks Christina’s third divorce. She was previously married to Tarek El Moussa from 2009 to 2016. Later, she tied the knot with Ant Anstead, from 2018 to 2021.
