Chelsea break the Premier with the biggest signing in their history

Chelsea are about to make history by completing the most expensive transfer in Premier League history. After Liverpool announced their deal with Brighton to sign Moisés Caicedo for €126m, Chelsea stepped in at the last moment, upping the ante and securing the promising Ecuadorian midfielder.
