ChatGPT Unveils New Features for Enhanced Business Productivity

Businesses are getting a boost from ChatGPT. The AI tool now connects to cloud services like Dropbox, Box, and Google Drive. This means it can find info from these services to answer questions. For example, an analyst can use company slides and documents to create investment reports.

ChatGPT also records and transcribes meetings. It even suggests action items. Users can ask questions about meeting recordings like they would about documents. And, they can turn action items into documents using OpenAI’s Canvas tool. This feature competes with ClickUp, Zoom, and Notion.

OpenAI introduced Deep Research connectors for HubSpot, Linear, and some Microsoft and Google tools. These are still being tested. Users can create detailed research reports using Deep Research and data from these sources. The connectors are available to all paid users.

Businesses can also use the Model Context Protocol to connect ChatGPT to other research tools. This feature is available to Pro, Team, and Enterprise users. With these new features, OpenAI wants businesses to use ChatGPT more. It seems to be working. Over 3 million businesses have signed up for OpenAI’s organization products. That’s up from 2 million in February.
