However, this time, the ICC has asked teams to announce their squad five weeks in advance. Considering Team India’s recent tour of Australia, the BCCI may request more time to announce the squad. The team is expected to be announced around January 18-19, with the Champions Trophy scheduled to start on February 19 in Pakistan-UAE. Team India will play all their matches in UAE.
