Cemetery Open 2022 approaches the final stretch

The 2022 Open Cemetery matches continue this week, an event that reaches its twelfth edition, with the participation of more than 200 amateur tennis players from all over the country.

The tournament, which is played on the CEC’s clay courts, will enter the sudden death phase this coming week to define the champions in each of the seven categories in which they compete.

During the celebration of the contest, Alejandro Victoria defeated Luis Lerebours 7-5; Julián Guzmán beat Carlos Espinal 7-5, and Luis Fernández defeated Huascar Ramírez with a score of 8-6.

The champions will receive prizes and gifts from the sponsors.

The tournament will run throughout the month of May, and admission is free for each of the four courts where the matches take place.
