Celebs Criticize Air India for Poor Flight Experience

A devastating plane crash near Ahmedabad airport has left the world stunned. As authorities investigate the cause of the Air India flight’s crash, which took the lives of 241 passengers, we’re taking a look at celebrities who have had bad experiences with the airline.

One such celebrity is comedian Vir Das, who took to social media in April to express his disappointment with Air India’s services. He claimed that despite paying a hefty sum, he didn’t receive the services he was promised. Das was traveling with his wife, Shivani, who had a fractured leg, and had booked a wheelchair service for her. However, they didn’t receive the service, and their flight experience was ruined due to a bad seat allocation. After the recent plane crash, Das showed his support for the airline, praising the crew and announcing that he would be flying with them again soon.

Another celebrity who had a bad experience with Air India is TV actor Ali Goni. In March last year, Goni shared his disappointing experience on social media, stating that he had a bad seat and his luggage wasn’t available on time after landing.

Actress Lisa Ray also had a frustrating experience with Air India in March this year. She accused the airline of not showing empathy towards her 92-year-old ailing father. Ray had to cancel her travel plans due to her father’s health condition and submitted a doctor’s letter to the airline, but they denied her waiver request. The airline later responded to her allegations, calling them baseless.

Kriti Kharbanda is another celebrity who had a bad experience with Air India. In 2020, she claimed that her luggage went missing during a flight, and she blamed the airline’s negligence for the incident. Air India responded promptly and later delivered her lost luggage.

Actor Z gian Ayub also shared his bad experience with Air India on Twitter in 2019, expressing his anger towards the airline’s services.

These celebrities are not the only ones who have had bad experiences with Air India. Several other passengers have also taken to social media to express their disappointment with the airline’s services. As the investigation into the recent plane crash continues, it remains to be seen what measures the airline will take to improve its services and regain the trust of its passengers.
