Cecotec lands in the real estate sector with its new line of business cecohomes. The holding company will sell “homes with a high added value at an honest price«.
César Orts, CEO of Cecotec has stated that “Just as Cecotec has brought technology to all homes, Cecohomes’ philosophy is also to democratize housing by creating unique, quality homes, always at an honest price. In this way we can define the Cecohomes product as “affordable luxury”: homes with designs, finishes, features, qualities and services, until now called high-end, at an honest price”.
Currently, they have more than 13,000 m2 of land to build a total of 155 free rental homes for both sale and rent and are distributed between Denia (Alicante) and Torrent (Valencia). Although, this is the beginning of Cecohomes, because the company wants to continue developing projects and plans to make an investment of 100 million euros in the next five years.
Cecohomes projects
For now, they have the “Residencial Nautilius” promotion, which has 14 single-family homes located in Denia (Alicante) in the San Nicolás area. The works have already begun and its commercialization began several months ago, so It already has six homes sold.
Soon, the Company will build a residential complex of 136 homes in Torrent (Valencia), these will be build-to-rent free rent. Also, in the same area, they will build five isolated single-family houses with swimming pools, both in Torrent (Valencia).
Cecotec is a Valencian company that was born in 2013 and is specialized in the manufacture and sale of household appliances. He closed the year 2021 with a turnover of more than 300 million euros.
