Carlos Tévez retires as a player… to start as a coach

The Argentine player Carlos Tevez announced this week that he was ‘hanging up’ his boots for good. But this does not mean that he will not be related to professional football. Clear Brand It has echoed an interview that Tévez gave to a medium in which he declared that he was going to start training.

“I’m going to be a technician. I made the decision that I am going to direct. I am working with ‘Chapa’ Retegui, I have a project that we have been working on with my brothers for several months. I got excited I’m very hooked”.

“Now I’m with this technician project and I have a coach who teaches me to communicate, you have to prepare for that. I’m not going to grab any club and I’m going to say: ‘We have to win because they’re going to cut us all’, I have to give the players tools to win”. These statements suggest that Carlos Tévez is taking his new stage in the world of football seriously.

During his time as a player, Carlos Tévez has played for several of the best clubs in the world. He was part of the Manchester United trident that terrified Premier League defenses with Wayne Rooney and Cristiano Ronaldo. Then with Manchester City he won the 2012 Premier together with his compatriot Agüero. And he achieved excellence in Turin, where he was the star of a Champions League finalist Juventus in 2015.
