Cardano successfully implemented the Alonzo hard fork last week. This makes it possible to run smart contracts on the Cardano network. With the hard fork successfully completed, Cardano is speculating about new partnerships.
Big news is coming
Many Cardano critics spent months clamoring for no smart contract functionality on the network, but the team has silenced these people. Now that this important milestone has been achieved, investors are turning their attention to the future of the Cardano ecosystem.
Sidney Vollmer, of the Cardano Foundation, pointed out in a tweet that many exciting collaborations are coming. Vollmer didn’t say anything, however, saying that all this will only be revealed at the upcoming Cardano Summit. He did say that it will surprise people.
Don’t really want to brag or anything but…
some of the partnerships we’re announcing at the #CardanoSummit will blow people’s mind.
Really grateful for the chances we at @CardanoStiftung have to change the world for the better, and have fun together.
tune in. pic.twitter.com/rkNDky49cw

“I don’t mean to brag or anything, but… some of the partnerships we’re announcing at the #CardanoSummit will blow people away. I am truly grateful for the opportunities we have at @CardanoStiftung to change the world for the better and have fun together. Attention everyone.
The good news is that the Cardano Summit will take place soon. This means we won’t have to wait too long for details on who these partners are and how they will be using the Cardano ecosystem.
The summit will take place on September 25-26, and will be a mix of both live and virtual events. For now it is not possible to deduce which collaborations Cardano is referring to. Nothing can be inferred from the schedules of the summit.
