The previous milestone of one million wallets was reached at the end of May this year. As of January 1, the ADA community had only 203,519 wallets. This is a sign that the network is experiencing rapid growth.
On September 2, ADA rose to a new all-time high of $3.10, ahead of the launch of the smart contract feature within the Alonzo upgrade. Meanwhile, ADA has fallen and now stands at $1.95, down more than 34% from its all-time high.
Despite the price drop, investors are still positive about the network. Reaching the 2 million wallets shows that Cardano is more alive than ever.
