During a press conference, representatives of the National Association of Vehicle Distribution Agencies (Anadive); the Association of Importers of Used Vehicles (Asocivu) and the Association of Dealers of Cibao (Adeci) They asked the Internal Revenue Service (DGII) for their request to make the application of regulation 06-2022 more flexible on the Enforceability of Proof of Payment.
They stated that the measure affects the sales of half-use unitsconsumer rights, tax collections and the operations of this important line of the economy.
Given this scenario, they said that they aspire to extend the timeto adapt the regulations, in order to apply a special tax regime for the sector and avoid the disappearance of hundreds of companies.
