Camila Yoo and Javier Gubern dominate at the Youth Tour stop

Camila Yoo took top honors at the sixth stop of the National Youth Tour of the Dominican Golf Federation, an event that was held at Vistas Golf and Country Club this Sunday, where more than 50 golfers took part.

In addition to the sixth stop on the Youth Tour, the award ceremony for the best youth golfers of the 2021-22 season was held, where the president of Fedogolf, Enrique Valverde, met, accompanied by the directors of the National Youth Tour.

Yoo managed to lead the evening with an excellent score of 77. She was seconded by Stefania Mosyagina with 81 and Mar Caimari with 83, at 15-18.

The young Shania Reyes achieved the 13-14 category with a score of 84, one stroke less than Shanel Rodríguez, who finished with 85.

Sara Sabillón conquered the 11-12, followed by María Ramírez. At 9-10, in a titanic fight, Miranda Medero beat Varvara Agafonova by a stick. While in 7-8 Ana Belle Marcano stood out.

Among the youngsters, in the 15-18 season Javier Gubern won with an excellent performance scoring 78, followed by Santino Doglioli with 80 and 81 for Marat Zorrilla.

In 13-14 Omar Faruk Elías dominated with 73, being the best score of the tournament, followed by George Morales and Waldo Aguasvivas with 79 in a close duel.

The outstanding golfer Alejandro Balbuena dominated the 11-12 with an excellent score of 74.

In 9-10 Daniel Souza won with 47; while in second place was Adrian Komnatnyi and a third place for Arthur Reale.

Diego Columna in an excellent game was the most outstanding in the 7-8 with 39 hits, his teammates Luis Peralta, from Santiago, with 42 and Nicolas Ventura with 44, were very close.

While the great prospect Gustavo Rojas won 4-6 with 22 shots. Daniel Innerarity and Lucas Delgado finished with 29 and 31.
