Calero extends undefeated in volleyball and Bayaguana gets into the fight

The sextet from Calero (Santo Domingo) and Bayaguana (Este) won their two matches of the weekend in the second stage of the final of the Superior Volleyball Champions Cup, which took place at the Fernando Teruel sports centers, from La Vega in feminine, and Fernando Valerio, Santiago in masculine.

Barahona (2-3) defeated Santiago 23-25, 25-22, 25-18, 25-17 with the attack of the Segura brothers (John Frankelis and Frankelis), who scored 24 and 19 points. Ray Moreno (16) and Steven López 13) excelled in the lost cause.

The representatives of Ciudad Corazón (3-2) reacted and subsequently beat Villa Carmen 3-2 (16-25, 25-20, 18-25, 27-25, 15-12).
