Cabral and Miedler Eliminated in Stuttgart Semifinals

Tennis fans witnessed a tense matchup in Stuttgart, Germany, as Portuguese player Francisco Cabral and his Austrian partner Lucas Miedler faced off against Mexican Santiago González and American Austin Krajicek.
The duo’s 13th ATP semi-final appearance – and first on grass – ended in a tough loss.
They fell 7-6, with the first set tiebreak going 7-5 and the second 7-3, all in under 1 hour and 45 minutes.
Despite having more break points, neither duo could capitalize, forcing the match into a tiebreak.
Cabral and Miedler will stay in Germany, aiming to qualify for the ATP 500 in Halle.
They’ll need to get through qualifying first.
