Building skyscrapers in China has become difficult

BEIJING: China has banned the construction of skyscrapers in small towns.

According to the details, China has imposed strict restrictions on the construction of new skyscrapers. China has said that skyscrapers higher than 150 meters will not be built in cities with a population of less than 3 million without special approval.

The Ministry of Housing and Urban Rural Development said on Tuesday that cities with a population of more than three million would not be allowed to build buildings taller than 250 meters. The ban has been tightened.

The ministry said government officials approving such projects in violation of the new rules would be held “accountable for life”, which would mean that such officials would be held accountable for violating the rules. I will be entitled to any punishment in the future.

Although China acknowledges that high-rise buildings promote the deeper use of land resources, it is concerned that local authorities are indiscriminately constructing with little focus on practicality and safety.

Earlier this year, a 356-meter, 71-story tower in Shenzhen City was repeatedly shaken, raising safety concerns. There was a mast that moved in the air.
