Brittany Snow is reportedly engaged to her boyfriend, Hunter Moreno. The news was confirmed by a source to Us Weekly.
Snow’s “The Beast in Me” co-star, Claire Danes, appeared to hint at the engagement earlier this month. “Are you engaged?” Danes, 46, asked Snow, 39, in a video. She also inquired, “When did that happen?”
Snow and Moreno were first romantically linked in October 2024. They have rarely spoken publicly about their relationship.
The actress frequently “likes” Moreno’s social media posts, a gesture he often reciprocates.
This engagement marks Snow’s first public relationship since her divorce from “Selling the OC” star Tyler Stanaland. Their marriage lasted two years.
Snow and Stanaland began dating in 2018 and married in 2020. They separated in 2022.
Stanaland announced their split on Instagram in September 2022. He stated the decision was made “with mutual love and respect” after “time and consideration.”
He added that they realized they needed to take time to live their “most fulfilling and authentic lives.” Their relationship would remain a priority, also for their dog, Charlie.
Snow filed for divorce in January 2023, which was finalized in July 2023.
Months after the split, Snow reflected on her relationship during a March 2024 appearance on the “Call Her Daddy” podcast. “There was a marriage. There was a lot of love,” she said.
She explained that the “gray area” of a breakup is often misunderstood. Snow stated she had no regrets about the relationship.
Snow suggested that aspects of Stanaland’s personality emerged through Netflix’s “Selling the OC.” She said she was “unaware of a lot of things.”
“What people think happened, happened,” Snow asserted. She chose not to give the show’s cast more “energy, emotion, time, and mental space.”
During “Selling the OC” season one, Stanaland was seen engaging in “noseys” with co-star Alex Hall. Kayla Cardona also allegedly attempted to kiss him.
Stanaland, who became engaged to Hannah Morrissey in October, denied those allegations at the time.
Snow had long expressed a desire to find love again following her divorce. Last year, she told the “Call Her Daddy” podcast it was “very weird” for her to be single.
She described actively trying to be alone and “feel the emotions” rather than masking them.
In September, she told Bustle she would “always choose” to experience love, even if it led to a breakup. “I just love being in love,” she stated.
