Brighton vs Southampton: Southampton hold Fifth Position with a comeback

Danny Ings came off the bench to score from the spot and win the game for Southampton at Brighton

Southampton won during their visit to Brighton (2-1), in a match counting for the 11th round of the Premier League. It was the return to the triumphs of the South England side after a draw and a loss.

Pascal Gross (26th) goal gave Brighton the advantage from the penalty spot. However, Vestergaard (45 ‘) and Danny Ings (81’ P) goals consumed the turn in favor of the Saints.

With this result, Southampton remains in fifth place with 20 points, one behind from Leicester City. Brighton is in 16th place with 10 points.
