The first map, Dust2, was Imperial Esports’ choice, but Team Liquid dominated from start to finish, winning 13-4. However, the Brazilian team bounced back in the second map, Nuke, with a strong performance and a 13-11 win, forcing a deciding third map.
The final map, Anubis, was a nail-biter. Team Liquid took the lead in the first half, ending it 7-5. Although Imperial Esports tried to mount a comeback in the second half, they ultimately fell short, eliminating them from the tournament. Notably, Team Liquid’s Russel “Twistzz” Van Dulken finished the series with an impressive 13-kill lead.
