Brazilian Keyd Stars Eliminated from LoL Worlds 2025 by Backdoor

Brazilian League of Legends team Vivo Keyd Stars has been eliminated from the Worlds 2025 championship following a dramatic “backdoor” victory by China’s Bilibili Gaming on Friday, October 24.

The Brazilian squad fell 2-0 to Bilibili Gaming, the top seed from China, ending its run in the global tournament.

The decisive moment came in the second game when Bilibili Gaming executed a critical “backdoor” play to secure the win.

Bilibili Gaming’s top laner, Chen “Bin” Ze-Bin, orchestrated the maneuver by teleporting into Vivo Keyd Stars’ base, destroying the final tower and nexus. This strategic move sealed the series.

The sudden defeat dashed Vivo Keyd Stars’ hopes in the world championship.

In the first game, Bilibili Gaming secured a relatively quick victory, taking a 1-0 lead over the Brazilian team.

The second match appeared evenly balanced until the 43-minute mark, just before the “backdoor” play abruptly ended the contest.

Vivo Keyd Stars will now return to Brazil to prepare for the 2026 season of the CBLOL, the country’s national League of Legends championship.

Bilibili Gaming advances in the Worlds 2025 tournament and awaits its next opponent.
