The film’s producers, JP Dutta, Nidhi Dutta, and Bhushan Kumar, have confirmed that the iconic song “Sandesh Aate Hain” from the original will make a comeback in “Border 2”. The song, which was originally sung by Sonu Nigam and Roop Kumar Rathod, will now be reimagined with Sonu Nigam teaming up with a new singer.

Arijit Singh, known for his soulful voice, will be joining Sonu Nigam to re-record the nostalgic track. The decision to bring back this beloved song is a nod to the original film’s success and its lasting impact on audiences. The producers acquired the rights to the song for approximately ₹60 lakh, a testament to its significance in the movie.
