Bollywood veteran Govinda has been hospitalized in Mumbai following a sudden health scare. The actor reportedly collapsed at his home after experiencing what his legal advisor described as a “disorientation attack.”
Lalit Bindal, Govinda’s friend and legal advisor, confirmed details to the local outlet Amar Ujala. Bindal stated that the actor suffered a temporary loss of memory and became confused before losing consciousness.
Govinda was admitted to a hospital in Juhu, Mumbai, in the early morning hours. He is currently under constant medical observation.
Bindal added that initial medical advice led to medication, but Govinda’s condition worsened overnight. He was then admitted to the hospital around 1 AM local time.
All necessary medical tests have been conducted. The hospital is awaiting the results to determine the next steps in his treatment.
Shashi Sinha, Govinda’s manager, also provided an update via ANI. Sinha confirmed the actor is conscious and under observation.
Doctors are scheduled to review Govinda’s condition further around 12 PM local time today. His medical test results are still pending.

The incident occurred while Govinda’s family members were not at home. His wife, Sunita, was attending a wedding, and other family members were also out.
All family members have since been informed. They are reportedly returning to Mumbai to be with the actor.
