Bollywood reaction on the crisis in Afghanistan

The situation in Afghanistan has worsened since the Taliban came to power. There is an atmosphere of fear among people. In fear, people are suffering to save their lives in some way. Seeing the images there, anyone’s heart was touched, in such a situation, Bollywood celebrities have also expressed concern about these conditions. Celebrities such as Anushka, Hema Malini, Javed Akhtar, Swara Bhaskar and Farhan Akhtar have given their reactions on social media.

Hindi cinema is very popular in Afghanistan. Many movies have been made in Hindi focusing there. Hema Malini, the main heroine of the movie ‘Dharmatma’, filmed in Afghanistan in 1975, expressed her concern about the situation in Kabul, tweeting and writing: ‘Whatever is happening to a happy and peace-loving country is sad. I have very good memories during Dharmatma. In which I played the role of a gypsy. All his filming was done there. It was a very good time for me because my parents were with me and Firoz took good care of them.
