Boca Juniors completes its third signing on the market: a former LaLiga player

Boca Juniors have secured the addition of Lautaro Blanco as their third reinforcement in this transfer market, complementing the acquisitions of Cristian Lema and Kevin Zenón. The left-back from Elche will receive half of his transfer from Xeneize, which also agreed to the transfer of Aaron Molinas to Defensa y Justicia as part of the negotiations.

The news of Blanco's arrival caused surprise as the Boca Football Council conducted the negotiations in complete reserve. The 24-year-old defender has already been called up to the Argentine national team by Lionel Scaloni. At the moment the details are being finalized so that Blanco can wear the blue and gold jersey.

A defense reinforcement at the highest level

Boca gets half of Blanco's record, who trained at Rosario Central. As part of the operation, Aaron Molinas will move to Defensa y Justicia with half of his passport, creating a link between both clubs. The main player behind the negotiations was Christian Bragarnik, a defense representative and Elche's largest shareholder.

Blanco comes to Boca to compete in the left-back position and be an alternative to Marcelo Saracchi and Frank Fabra. Saracchi, an original starter, is injured and Fabra, wanted by the Portland Timbers of the USA, could leave the club. Blanco, wanted by Rosario Central and Racing, returns to Argentina after excelling at Elche, making 30 appearances last season.

Having previously played at Rosario Central, where he played 96 games before moving to Europe, Blanco stands out as an attacking winger with a good prognosis. His return to Argentina strengthens Boca's defense as they look to improve their performance in the second half of the season.
