Boca: Battaglia stopped the starting team with three variants

The coach of Boca Juniors, Sebastián Battaglia, stopped a team in the first soccer practice of the week, with the laps of Marcos Rojo and Juan Ramírez, and the participation of Aaron Molinas in the hitch position, while Darío Benedetto did not play as a precaution.

The team formed with Rossi; Advincula, Izquierdoz, Red, Fabra; G. Fernandez, Campuzano, Ramirez; Mills; Villa, Orsino.

This set, which faced a youth team, is the first one that the coach has tried this week and has the possibility of being -with Benedetto for Orsini- the one who plays against Independiente on Saturday from 9:30 p.m. in Avellaneda, for the fourth date of Zone B the Cup of the Professional Football League (LPF).

If so, there would be three changes compared to the one that beat Rosario Central 2-1 last weekend, which it would be the return of Marcos Rojo in the central defense for Carlos Zambrano; the return of Juan Ramírez by Diego González; and the entrance of the juvenile Molinas by Eduardo Salvio.

In this way, for the first time in the year, the technical director from Boca would try a 4-3-1-2 scheme, which at times can be a 4-2-3-1 instead of the 4-3-3 with which he played every game this season.

In the next soccer practice it will be seen if Battaglia repeats the team, and the same tactical drawing that he used against Central in the second half.

According to what he lined up as possible starters, it seems that for the Boca coach Orsini he positioned himself as the first variant behind Benedetto, displacing Luis Vázquez, who played for the substitutes.

In the alternative team were Javier García; Eros Mancuso, Nicolás Figal, Gastón Avila, Agustín Sandez; Diego Gonzalez, Varela, Almond; Salvio, Vazquez, Zeballos.

Then came Oscar Romero, the latest addition who completed his fourth day of training with his new teammates, who played the last twenty minutes replacing Almendra. The Paraguayan midfielder, according to what they told Telam close to Boca’s coaching staff, he is very well physically and when he entered he had a good performance.
