Blogger accuses Cardi B of having herpes and the rapper goes to court to prove that it is not true

Cardi B registers another judicial situation, this time before the claim of the blogger Tasha K, who accuses her of having herpes, an accusation that the rapper calls defamation and that a judge validated that she presented medical reports in this regard.

After the demand imposed by the interpreter of "Wap" against Tasha K, the judge in charge of the case ordered that the singer present medical reports that prove that she does not have any type of sexually transmitted disease; and prove that those accusations against you are false.

US District Judge William Ray ordered the University of California Center for Women’s Pelvic Health to send him “each and every medical record” of Cardi “related solely to herpes and HPV tests.”

Through her lawyer, Cardi B rejected the influencer’s claim. “My client does not have HPV or herpes,” said Cardi’s attorney, Lisa Moore.

The lawyer added Cardi B will voluntarily hand over the results of the STD test.

“Two of the defamatory statements in question are the defendant’s vile, false and highly offensive statements that my client has herpes and HPV, and we provided these records 14 months ago in support of my client’s claims,” argued Moore.

Belcalis Marlenis Almánzar, the interpreter’s real name, filed her defamation lawsuit in March 2019, accusing the youtuber of orchestrating a "slander campaign" which involved multiple blogs on the internet that garnered millions of views.

Tasha K also sued the Dominican-born rapper because she maintains that the rapper sent her “gang members” to threaten her.

The trial will be held in January 2022 after more than two years of litigation.
