Bitget launches SEPA deposits with no fees

To be closer to customers’ needs and make the platform easier to use, Bitget has made significant changes to the payment system. From January 18, all European users will have access to the SEPA feature, allowing them to deposit fiat currencies directly from their bank account into the platform. Withdrawals in EUR are also possible from 20 January.

This feature will not only make the process of buying and selling crypto easier, but will also give users access to the wide selection of trading options available on the platform, such as futures, spot and even copy trading.

The whole SEPA deposit process is fast, easy to use and available 24/7. Discover here how it works. As an extra incentive to test the new feature, you can temporarily deposit and trade on Bitget without transaction costs.

Gracy Chen, managing director of Bitget, says: “Few international exchanges offer both SEPA and FasterPayments deposit methods, marking the beginning of Bitget’s fiat currency business in Europe and demonstrating our commitment to providing a safe and be a stable bridge between traditional and digital finance. Enabling fiat support will provide a better experience and easier accessibility for crypto users, which is critical to the mass adoption of crypto.”

With the implementation of SEPA, the exchange will continue to serve its customers around the world, aiming to be among the top 3 exchanges in the market in the next three to five years.

In order to achieve its goals and ensure the best service to its clients worldwide, the exchange has continuously invested in the growth of the company, independent of the crypto winter. Bitget has indeed steadily expanded its workforce, from 200 employees in early 2022 to over 1100 in January 2023.
