With the current online sales model, we have lost touch with artisanal producers and their production model. But users continue to appreciate the authenticity and passion with which these products were made. This laid the foundation for the creation of Bigcrafters, a marketplace that exposes and markets artisanal food and beverage products and whose main purpose is to build a positive trade that reconnects society with the community of small and large artisans. With this program we are also trying to help them make their work visible and thereby increase sales.”
