Before the RCB game, Siraj reacted to the new captain, told what the special plan is

India pacemaker Mohammad Siraj looks forward to working with new Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) captain Faf du Plessis and the most talked about bowling unit during the upcoming IPL 2022 season. Siraj will further strengthen his ties with the franchise in the fourth year, while his former captain Virat Kohli will extend his association with the RCB in the fifteenth year.

Royal Challengers Bangalore will kick off their IPL 15th edition campaign against Punjab Kings on Sunday (March 27). But rekindling old ties, Siraj is also hoping to team up with new players when the Hyderabad pacemaker joins the team after completing his quarantine period in Mumbai.

Siraj said on the latest episode of the RCB Bold Diaries franchise podcast show: “I was so excited today. In fact, I couldn’t even sleep last night because the joy of joining my RCB family overwhelmed me.”

Siraj further said, “I will follow my rhythm and bowl accordingly. I don’t want to rush things, because after I come back from quarantine, it is almost impossible for me to give my best. So I focus on the rhythm. I will try .”

Siraj praised the new Royal Challengers captain, South Africa white ball captain Faf du Plessis, who will lead his first IPL team.

Siraj was quoted by RCB on Saturday: “We have a very good team and Faf is a wonderful captain. He has led his country for a while and that is a plus point for all of us.” When asked about being part of RCB’s most talked about bowling unit, Siraj said he looks forward to new partnerships.
