Before the Rajkot Test, England's wind went away and the coach changed an important decision

IND vs ENG: The English team is trailing ahead of the third Test against India starting February 15 in Rajkot. The England team took the field with only one fast bowler in the first two Tests. But in the third Test, two fast bowlers secured a place in the England playing XI. Before the series began, England coach Bradham McCullum claimed that they will beat India this time only because of the strength of the spinners. However, England have made a U-turn on this strategy with three Tests remaining. Instead of spinners, England’s fast bowling attack is stronger and now in the third Test, England takes the field with the same strength.

In the first game of this series, England surprised everyone by taking the field with just one fast bowler and three spinners. This move by England worked in the first Test too and they managed to defeat India. McCullum was thrilled with the win and had even claimed that he would field four spinners in the second Test. However, injury ruled Jack Leach out of the series and England had to take the field with just three spinners.

England’s wind came to the fore in the second Test

But in the second Test, England’s attempt to play with three spinners failed. Thanks to Jasprit Bumrah, India defeated England and leveled the series 1-1. England missed a fast bowler in the second Test. Now England have corrected this mistake before the third Test. In addition to Anderson, Mark Wood is also in the England playing eleven. Spin bowler Shoaib Bashir was shown the way out. However, it will be interesting to see how England’s move with two fast bowlers works out.
