BCCI Announces Naman Awards With Rohit Sharma and Hardik Pandya

The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has announced the Naman Awards for the 2023-24 season. The awards recognize the outstanding performances of domestic cricketers in various tournaments, including the Ranji Trophy and limited-overs competitions. The awards were presented by Rohit Sharma and Hardik Pandya to the deserving players.

The best all-rounder award in the domestic limited-overs competition was given to Shashank Singh, while Tanush Kotian received the same award for his performance in the Ranji Trophy. Tanay Tyagarajan, who took the most wickets in the Ranji Trophy Plate Group, was also awarded. R Sai Kishore, who took the highest number of wickets in the Ranji Trophy Elite Group, received the Madhavrao Scindia Award.

In batting, Agni Chopra was awarded for scoring the most runs in the Ranji Trophy Plate Group, and Ricky Bhui received the award for scoring the most runs in the Ranji Trophy Elite Group. Nijikho-Ruprio was awarded for taking the highest number of wickets in the plate group of the Under 23 Colonel CK Naidu Trophy, while P Vidyut, who took the most wickets in the trophy’s elite group, received the MA Chidambaram Trophy.

Hem Chhetri, who scored the highest runs in the plate group of the Under 23 Colonel CK Naidu Trophy, and Aneesh KV, who scored the highest runs in the Elite Group of the tournament, were also awarded. The BCCI took to Twitter to announce the winners of the awards, congratulating them on their outstanding performances.
