Bameso extends undefeated to 4-0 and is one step away from the final

The Bameso club triumphed this Friday 97-92 over Huellas del Siglo to extend their undefeated record to 4-0 in the continuation of the semifinal series of the 46 Superior Basket Tournament of the National District, in a match played at the Palacio de los Deportes.

The Bamesians get one foot in the final round by winning for the fourth time in a row and putting the Huellas team against the wall, who have a negative record of 0-4, in the championship that is dedicated to César Cedeño and in dispute of the BanReservas Cup .

The couple formed by the reinforcements Trahson Burrel and Víctor Liz combined 50 points of the 97 scored by Bameso, and distributed 26 and 24 points, respectively.

The American Burrel added 13 rebounds to complete double figures and was left with three assists for the triplet, getting a total of seven, while the Santiago Liz added five trapped balls and distributed six assists.

Edward Santana posted double figures of 19 points and 10 rebounds, and Miguel Dicent had 13.

For Huellas, the North Americans Jeffery Allen Jr. and Anthony Johnson managed to score 25 and 18 points each, Richard Bautista scored 19 and gave nine assists, and Ángel Puello scored 11.

The action returns on Sunday

For this Sunday, the penultimate date of the semifinal round will be reached, an all against all, and that will be decisive for the definition of the two teams that would advance to the dispute of the final series, which is agreed to the best of a 7- 4, in the Virgilio Travieso Soto.
