Bajrang, who is fiercely preparing for the Commonwealth Games, had something special to say about training and fitness.

Bajrang Punia is one of India’s star fighters. He won the bronze medal at the Tokyo Olympics. Now they are busy preparing for the Commonwealth Games and the World Championships. Bajrang is paying full attention to his fitness and training. Bajrang said during an event on Saturday that he would play some of the top wrestlers from the University of Michigan. The players who train there are in the top 10 in the world. There they train and represent different countries.

Bajrang suffered a post-Olympic injury but said he was concentrating on his fitness and had no problems. He further added, “I am training at the SAI National Center of Excellence in Sonepat. Thanks to the support of SAI and the Target Olympic Podium Scheme (TOPS), my fitness level is back. Now I want to perform for the country.” I want to give my best.”

He further said, “Blitz on the visit to the US before the next big tournaments, Bajrang said that Indians train abroad, not because there are no facilities in India. The infrastructure in India is world class and in recent It’s evolved over the years. I go over there to the US with world-class partners. Also, before any big tournament, I don’t want to get distracted because here I still get invitations for birthdays, weddings, etc.

Bajrang further said that he wants to win a gold medal for India at the upcoming Olympic Games in Paris. I want to improve in training. Victory and defeat are part of life.”

The Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports will pay for Bajrang’s travel, accommodation, personal trainer and physical therapist for a 35-day training camp in Michigan from June 25 to July 30.
