Bahrain eases travel restrictions on Pakistan

Bahrain eased travel bans for four countries, including Pakistan, and removed them from the red list. The ruling will take effect on September 3.

In the Arab media, quoting Bahrain’s state news agency Incoming reports Other countries removed from the red list include India, Panama and the Dominican Republic.

Bahrain added Pakistan, India, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh and Nepal to its red list on May 24 to curb the spread of the corona virus.

According to Bahrain’s state news agency, with the permission of the National Task Force, the Civil Aviation Affairs has updated the red list for travel to Bahrain following the instructions of the Government Executive Committee.

According to the statement, PCR tests are not required before the arrival of passengers from countries removed from the red list whose vaccination certificates have been recognized. However, passengers are required to arrive in Bahrain on the fifth and tenth day after arrival PCR test is required.
