Riyadh: Foreign employees deported from Saudi Arabia cannot enter the country on any other visa, the permit department clarified.
According to Arab media, after the implementation of new immigration and residency laws in Saudi Arabia, foreign employees are not allowed to enter the country on any other visa after being deported.
Saudi Arabia’s Licensing Department asked a person on Twitter, “Can people residing in the country of residence stay in the country on another visa after being deported?” Released an explanation when asked.
The Licensing Department said that deported persons can come to the country only on Umrah or Hajj visa and not otherwise.
It should be noted that this includes persons who are residing in the country with their parents at the residence of companions or subordinates.
According to the law, a person who resides as a companion or dependent is not allowed to do any kind of employment or business.
