Bad Bunny proved he still rules urban music. He took home three top awards. His song "DTMF" won Best Urban Song. "Adivino" was named Best Urban Collaboration. His album, Debí Tirar Más Fotos, earned him Best Urban Album. The "Bad Bunny," as fans call him, clearly keeps setting trends and reshaping the urban sound worldwide.
The Colombian group Morat also had a big night, scoring three key prizes. They were crowned Favorite Group or Duo of the Year. Their hit song "Me Toca a Mí" won Best Pop/Rock Song. Their album, Ya Es Mañana, received Best Pop Album. The band’s fresh style and heartfelt lyrics have won over many fans, cementing their spot in Latin pop.
Karol G, the Colombian star, was named Artist of the Year. She also picked up Tropical Hit of the Year for her global smash "Si Antes Te Hubiera Conocido." "La Bichota" continues to show her huge influence. She is one of the most powerful artists of the last ten years, mastering many music styles with equal strength.
Mexican music also shined brightly, thanks to Carín León. He grabbed two important wins. His track "El Amor de Mi Herida" was honored as Best Mexican Music Song. His album, Boca Chueca, Vol.1, won Best Mexican Music Album. His success highlights how regional Mexican music is growing around the world. It shows how it connects with all kinds of listeners.
The awards also looked beyond music, recognizing television and digital talent. The soap opera El Extraño Retorno de Diana Salazar swept the TV and streaming categories. Sebastián Rulli won My Favorite Actor. Angelique Boyer was named My Favorite Actress. Together, they earned the "They Make Me Fall in Love" award.
The event also honored new voices in the digital world. Jess Judith Ortiz was crowned Creator of the Year. Alexis Omman received Creator with a Social Cause. Los Chicaneros snagged the Best LOL award. Luisito Comunica was recognized with the #ModoAvión award. These wins show how the event celebrates cultural influence beyond just music.

The gala also gave out the respected Agent of Change award to two inspiring figures. Carlos Vives received it for his cultural and green projects in Colombia. Myke Towers earned the honor for speaking up for young people and making a social splash across Latin America.
The night gave us many moments to remember. There was a powerful tribute to Panama, featuring Boza, Nando Boom, Sech, and Willie Colón. New songs debuted from Gloria Trevi with Grupo Firme, and Marc Anthony with Wisin. Natti Natasha even used her performance to reveal the gender of her baby.
