Avneet Kaur’s rise to fame started at a young age. She’s worked on several projects and become quite famous over the years. In a recent interview, Avneet shared a shocking story about an incident that happened during Holi celebrations. A man misbehaved with her, and she wasn’t afraid to stand up for herself.
As a kid, if a boy would misbehave with Avneet, she’d hit him with a bat. This time, she had a similar reaction. During the interview with Hotstar, Avneet revealed, “I told a boy not to throw colors at me, but he still threw a water balloon at my bum.” Avneet thought to herself, “You’re in trouble now, boy. You didn’t realize what a feisty girl I am.”
Avneet’s fiery response
After the incident, the boy’s mom came to Avneet’s mom, complaining, “Your daughter beat up my son.” Avneet’s mom responded, “Because he did something wrong, what else could she do?” Avneet’s mom has always been supportive, making big sacrifices for her daughter’s career.
A mother’s sacrifices
In the same interview, Avneet talked about her journey from her early days in Jalandhar to her current projects. She shared stories about her time on dance reality shows like Dance India Dance (DID) and Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa, where she was the youngest contestant. Avneet’s mom had to drop out of school at a young age due to her engagement, but she’s always encouraged Avneet to pursue her dreams.
