Come 2023, it is increasingly difficult for smartphone manufacturers to prevent information leaks. Bigger or smaller, many of the details of the devices end up being known before the presentation.
This is the case with the upcoming Asus ROG Phone 7. The gaming smartphone already had its specifications listed online, now it has appeared in all its glory in real images showing the complete design.
These images were shared by leaker SnoopyTech on Twitter and show the front and back of the smartphone. As you can see, it follows the design line of the previous generation, with some improvements.
The smartphone will have a mostly white finish on the back, with black details where there will obviously be room for lighting. At the front, the screen will have narrow margins and the front camera will be slightly lowered towards the top right corner.
The smartphone will have dual speakers, to maintain the tradition of one of the best audio on the market. At the bottom we find the USB-C port for charging, and the increasingly rare 3.5mm jack input.
165 Hz refresh rate expected on Asus ROG Phone 7
We remember that the smartphone will be commanded by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor, with up to 16 GB of RAM and UFS 4.0 storage. We can expect a 6.78-inch AMOLED display with a 165Hz refresh rate.
Like previous generations, we should expect a 6000 mAh super battery with 65W wired charging. In photography, it is expected with a 50 MP main camera, 13 MP ultra-wide angle and 5 MP macro.
The official presentation takes place on April 13.
