Aryan Khan will spend days in jail for now, read important things related to the case

The release on bail of Shahrukh Khan’s son, Aryan Khan, has been rejected. Aryan Khan, son of Bollywood actor Shahrukh Khan, will have to spend a few days in jail for the Bombay cruise ship drug case. The defendant will now have to go to Superior Court to request bail. At the same time, the request for bail from Arbaaz Merchant and Munmun Dhamecha along with two other defendants in this case has also been rejected. In the drug case that unfolded over the past 20 days, these three bail requests were heard in the session court last week, after which the court had reserved the verdict until October 20. Aryan was arrested on October 3 and has been in judicial custody for 17 days.

Actually, this whole thing started on October 2. When the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) raided a group of cruise ships on the waves of the Arabian Sea and detained 8 people. On the first day of the raid, only 3 people were handed over for remand and the other 5 were produced later. At the same time, due to the inclusion of the name of Aryan Khan, son of the Bollywood superstar, there was talk of an incomplete investigation of the case, but as the controversy escalated, Cruise was again investigated. Following this investigation, many other organizers were also arrested. According to the information received, more than a dozen and a half people have been arrested in this case in the last two weeks.

After the October 3 raid, Shahrukh Khan’s son Aryan was arrested and brought before the trial court. During the first hearing of the trial, a preventive detention of 2 days was requested. After this, on October 7, 7 others, including Aryan Khan, were sent to prison for 14 days in judicial custody. According to information received so far, no narcotic substance has been found with Aryan Khan. At the same time, no such test report has come to the fore. However, Aryan’s WhatsApp chat is definitely in the hands of NCB, which can add to your problems. In fact, in this case, NCB continually opposes Aryan’s bail.

So far, all of NCB’s arguments against Aryan in court are mainly based on WhatsApp chat. This NCB talk is from Arbaaz Merchant, son of Shahrukh Khan and a suspected drug dealer. However, there is absolutely no talk of drug transactions anywhere in the chat. NCB believes that the conversation has been made through the keyword in the WhatsApp chat. Considering the arbitrary conversion of code words as evidence, at present, there appears to be a case against Aryan.

According to NCB, Aryan, 20, is known to have used drugs or intoxicants for many years. They believe Aryan is part of an international drug trade and his custody questioning is necessary. On the other hand, according to the defense, Aryan didn’t even have cash to buy drugs. At the same time, in this case, the Supreme Court says that drug-related cases are considered serious crimes. Therefore, in this case, without the consent of the Office of Narcotics Control, it is difficult for the defendant to obtain the bond.

It is known that the case of drug use or any intoxicant is considered a crime against humanity. That is why, not only in India, but also in many other countries, strict anti-drug laws have been enacted. In India, the NDPS Act was made for this in 1985. Most of the offenses covered by this law are not subject to bail, but in some cases bail can also be granted after arrest. If the charge sheet has not been filed on a normal offense, then the defendant gets a default bond after 60 days or a maximum of 90 days under Section 167 of the CrPC Act. But under section 36A (4) of the NDPC, the defendant can stay in jail for 180 days and up to 1 year by court order without filing a charge sheet.
