It has been several months since Shah Rukh Khan and Gauri Khan’s son, Aryan Khan, were released on bail in the cruise ship narcotics case and got a clean bill. Aryan Khan was not named by the Bureau of Narcotics Control on the charge sheet filed in the case after a raid on a cruise ship in Mumbai in October 2021. Now, after getting a clean note in the case, Aryan Khan has required the court to return his passport.
According to a report by the Press Trust of India, Aryan Khan had applied to the Special Court to get his passport back. The petition was filed on Thursday June 30 through his lawyers Amit Desai and Desai Desai Carimji and Rahul Agarwal of Mulla. In the application, Aryan Khan has mentioned that he does not have the NCB charge sheet and therefore his passport should be returned to him. Taking cognizance of the matter, the court has ordered NCB to file a response. The court has also set July 13 as the date to hear the matter.
We report here that the court gave Aryan Khan conditional bail. According to which he was not allowed to leave Mumbai or the country. Because of this, he had to present his passport in court. He also had to go to the NCB office for his weekly attendance for the first few months. Aryan Khan spent more than three weeks in Mumbai’s Arthur Road jail, where he was also visited by his father, Shah Rukh Khan.
