Grief is a personal journey, but for those in the public eye, it often plays out on a very open stage. This painful truth is now clear for actor Parag Tyagi. He’s been posting heartfelt photos and videos of his late wife, Shefali Jariwala, on social media. But instead of comfort, some online users have sent him harsh comments. They claim he’s doing it just to get attention.
Shefali Jariwala, often called the “Kaanta Laga Girl” after her famous music video, passed away recently. Her sudden death left many saddened. Parag has been open about his sorrow, sharing memories online. This public display of grief, however, sparked a wave of negativity.
Arti Singh Speaks Out Against Trolls
Fellow TV star and close friend, Arti Singh, has now stepped up. She publicly slammed those criticizing Parag. Arti, known from “Bigg Boss,” shared a strong message on her Instagram story. She backed Parag and condemned the trolls.
Arti wrote, “Exactly right. How quickly people judge you and talk nonsense. Only the person experiencing this sorrow truly knows. Do you know what they talked about? No. Everyone just wants to give advice, no matter what. Parag Bhaiya, may you get more strength.” Her words were a direct challenge to the online negativity.
Parag Tyagi’s Own Words
Parag himself had earlier spoken out against the trolls. He left a comment on one of his Instagram posts. He stated, “Those who are trying to get attention by saying that I shouldn’t post so quickly. Brother, not everyone is like you.”
He continued, “Pari loved being on social media. She enjoyed the love she received there. I was never very active online myself. But now she lives in my heart. I will make sure she always gets everyone’s love. She will stay on social media even when she is not around.” His message made his intentions clear.
Shefali Jariwala was 42 years old when she died on June 27. The exact cause of her death is still under investigation. Mumbai police are looking into the matter. Reports suggest she suffered a cardiac arrest. The entertainment world felt a deep sadness upon hearing the news.
