Arrest of Indian soldiers by Chinese troops, video goes viral

An instructive video of what happened to Indian troops after a clash between Chinese and Indian troops in the Gulwan Valley has gone viral on social media.

The video was shared by a Chinese journalist on Twitter, in which Chinese soldiers can be seen capturing Indian soldiers.

According to the video, Chinese forces are taking Indian soldiers blindfolded, a Chinese journalist said, adding that the video may have been taken after clashes between Indian and Chinese forces in the Gulwan Valley last year.

It may be recalled that in June last year, 20 Indian and at least four Chinese soldiers were killed in clashes between Indian and Chinese troops in the Gulwan Valley.

During the clashes, Chinese forces occupied several areas of Indian control, including the Glavan Valley, Hot Springs and Despang.

On the other hand, a tweet in an account called ‘Pakistan Defense’ said that watching this video shows that the Chinese People’s Liberation Army is providing humanitarian assistance to the captured Indian soldiers.

Interestingly, Indian internet users have started sharing fake news and fake photos as usual to allay their fears after watching this video.

A picture has gone viral on Twitter in which Indian soldiers are arresting Chinese soldiers, but according to the Indian fact-checking website ‘Alt News’, the picture was actually taken from an Indian drama ‘Glowan Valley’. Û”
