Another chapter opens in the football journey of Uladzislau Marozau. Arouca officially sent the forward on loan to Kolding IF in Denmark this Tuesday. This news had been reported earlier by Record.
The 24-year-old Belarusian striker simply couldn’t find a regular spot in Arouca’s squad. Coach Vasco Seabra already had a full roster of attacking talent. Jamsonas joined the team in the final days of the transfer window. Dylan NandÃn and Iván Barbero were also already on hand. This made it tough for Marozau to get playing time.
This isn’t Marozau’s first loan spell. Arouca signed him from Dinamo Minsk in January 2024. He played 15 games for the "Wolves" but didn’t score a single goal. Later, he moved to Paços de Ferreira for the second half of last season. There, at the "Beavers," he began to show his potential. He netted three goals in 19 appearances. One of those goals was particularly important. It secured Paços de Ferreira’s survival in a playoff against Belenenses.
Now, Marozau heads to a club in the Danish second tier. It’s a fresh opportunity for him to gain minutes and prove himself. This move is all about getting back on the pitch and making an impact.
