Arjun Kapoor Promotes Yoga For Body And Mind Balance

Arjun Kapoor stepped out to celebrate the 11th International Day of Yoga, taking part in a special program where he shared his thoughts on the importance of yoga. Arjun believes that anyone can practice yoga, regardless of their background or age. He said, “There’s no age limit to start practicing yoga. You can begin at any age. I think it’s a mix of physical and mental well-being, and it benefits you in many ways, whether it’s your body or mind.” He encouraged everyone to start with small steps, like walking for 10-20 minutes, and then gradually move on to yoga.

On this International Day of Yoga, Arjun Kapoor shared a valuable message, emphasizing the importance of balance in our lives. He said, “First, start walking, and then move on to yoga.
