Argentina already has its schedule in the League of Nations

The Argentine men’s volleyball team already has its schedule for its historic participation in the final round of the League of Nations. According to what the organizers reported, the team led by Marcelo Méndez will face Italy, the last world champion and number two in the ranking, next Wednesday the 19th in Poland for the quarterfinals of the tournament. The match will be played from 3:00 p.m. in Argentina in Gdansk.

After the historic qualification for the final phase, Argentina will face the world champions and brand new second in the FIVB ranking. The winner will meet in the semifinals with the United States or France, which will open the day on Wednesday the 19th from 12:00 in Argentina.

On Thursday the 20th, the two games on the other side of the table will be played: at 12:00, Japan-Slovenia and then, at 15:00, Poland-Brazil. The semifinals will be on Saturday the 22nd and on Sunday the 23rd will be the final and the match for third place.

The Argentine national team, bronze in Tokyo 2020, closed a historic performance in the first phase of the VNL with nine wins.
