(AOF) – Aramis Group continues to strengthen its teams following its initial public offering. The specialist in online sales of used cars has announced the appointment of Stéphane Rougeot as Chief Financial Officer. A member of the Executive Committee, he takes office as of today. Stéphane Rougeot will succeed Fabrice Farcot, who will take on new functions within the group. Arnaud Defrenne also joins the group as Director of Technology & Information.
Aged 52, Stéphane Rougeot joins Aramis after having supported the transformation of numerous multinational companies for 20 years. He began his career at Total before joining Thomson Multimedia, then Orange as strategy director for its subsidiary Equant.
Stéphane then held various management positions within Orange Business Services before being appointed Director of Financial Control of the Orange group. In 2008, he joined Technicolor as CFO and Strategy, before being appointed Deputy CEO.
Since 2016 Stéphane has held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Signify, a world leader in connected LED lighting products, systems and services, during which time he notably led several strategic acquisition projects. Stéphane is a graduate of Sciences Po Paris and Paris Dauphine University.
Aged 50, Arnaud Defrenne joins Aramis as Director of Technology & Information (CTIO), in charge of the technological orientation and development of the group’s technological platforms.
He will support the teams on a daily basis in the development of technologies that improve the experience of customers and employees, as well as the efficiency of the company.
Arnaud joins the group after having contributed to the digital transformation of the L’Oréal group as Director of Marketing Technologies and then that of Solocal as Director of Technologies and member of the Executive Committee.
Arnaud has more than 25 years of experience in Technological Management in numerous French companies (Publicis, Netbooster, Liberty Surf …). He graduated from the Ecole Supérieure des Affaires de Grenoble.
