Officials of the Astronomical Association in Jeddah have said that from tomorrow, six planets will appear in a cluster in the skies of Arab countries.
According to the media, Venus, Saturn, Jupiter, Neptune, Uranus and Mercury will be seen together from December 28, 2021 to January 3, 2022, this scene will be seen shortly after sunset.
Engineer Majid Abu Zahra, head of the astronomical association, said that Venus and Jupiter would be very bright, so they could be easily seen without the help of a telescope.
Saturn and Mercury will also be very bright. It will be possible to see them easily, but it will not be possible to see Neptune and Uranus without a telescope.
Abu Zahra pointed out that the confluence of the said planets can be seen from Tuesday. At that time, Zahra and Mercury will be at the nearest point in the sky. The two will come closer to each other 40 minutes after sunset.
Al-Zahra said that the distance between Mercury and Venus will be 4 degrees. On December 31, Mercury will be on the upper right side of Venus. The distance between the two will be 7 degrees, Mercury will look very bright all week.
